Creativity in Science - Lecture
I had the opportunity to visit the class Creativity in Science Research, hosted by the Institute for Research in Sensing IRIS at the University of Cincinnati’s newest complex, the Digital Futures Building.
This was a two-session lecture with the students from different disciplines that was divided in groups, focusing on research projects for Kroger, the Environmental Protection Agenci EPA, The Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health NIOSH. Each session had a presentation and a practical component of design thinking exercises applied to the research projects.
